rules for your health and safety

Rules For Our Massage Therapists:

  1. Keeping our community symptom-free

    • Therapists experiencing symptoms are taken out of rotation until they have been asymptomatic for at least 2 weeks

    • Therapists who have knowingly been exposed in the past 14 days will be temporarily taken out of rotation and self-quarantine

    • Active therapists will not have traveled internationally within past 30 days

  2. Will wear a face mask that covers the nose and mouth while on duty

  3. Will sanitize all equipment with a broad spectrum cleaner upon arrival and between appointments

  4. Will provide fresh, laundered bedding, or use client’s own sheets if they prefer

  5. Will wear fresh clothes and change between sessions

  6. Will wash hands before physical contact with client, upon arrival and beginning of massage

  7. Will place used bedding immediately into a separate compartment or sealed plastic bag after the session is complete

  8. Submit to annual criminal and background checks

Rules For Our Clients:

We ask that you do NOT book a session if:

  • You are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19

  • You have travelled internationally within the last 30 days

  • You have not been cleared by a doctor or have experienced any symptoms of illness within the past 2 weeks

  • Anyone in your household has knowingly been exposed

When you book a session, please:

  • Shower before your appointment

  • Have a hand towel ready to sneeze or cough into, or wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth

  • Offer to use your own freshly-laundered sheets if you prefer

  • Provide a kitchen sink, powder room, or bathroom for the therapist to wash his/her hands

  • Refrain from shaking hands until both you and the therapist have thoroughly washed your hands

  • Keep children and others 6 feet away from the massage table and the therapists’ belongings to follow social distancing protocol

  • Keep your pets out of the room/away from therapist’s equipment
